Overall Rating:
This land is good value for money for anyone wishing to create a small resort or build a holiday home by the sea. It is a very quiet location and is unspoiled. The sand is dark gray, not white and powdery like on Boracay, but it is still good for children to play on. There is a lot of shingle, shells and pebbles - but the view out over the Sulu Sea is truly stunning. Price is fair at the current market rate.
